| You wish for the great outdoors and calmness, come and discover the Aqua 3 Masses campsite and its serviced pitches which can accomodate mobile-homes. |

- Vary between 100 and 150 m²
- Available from August 25th no expenses. Our contracts will be sent in December.
The campsite is open from the 22nd March to the 06th November 2008, wintering is free of charge.
Prices :
- € 2560 tax included (100 – 120 m²)

€ 2830 tax included (+ 130 m²)
Includes :
- water (10 m³)
- electricity (400 kwatts)
Extra charges :
- Tourist tax in 2007 : 32 € per year and per pitch.
- To date there are no land tax nor local tax charges.

Maintenance : the campsite staff ensure the maintenance of the trees, shrubs, hedges and plots.
The planting and maintenance of ornamental shrubs remain entirely in your care. (please ask for details of the position of ducts and pipes in the ground before planting).
- From 07 th November to 21st March the campsite is closed however the residing on site manager is contactable..

We have several new models on offer : The luxury prestige Trigano range. Other brands : IRM, Louisiane, Ohara, Ridorev.
Our second-hand mobile-homes, installed at the campsite, are available from the 25th August free of pitch charges for the current year.
- 4 to 8 berth models
- Financing : the Crédit Mutuel offers credit options of 5 to 12 years according to the type of model. |

You have the choice of either using it :
- For yourself, your children, your family, your friends…from the 22nd March to the 06th November 2008, the Aqua 3 Masses has a heated swimming pool facility (from the 1st May until mid-september), shop : bread and delicatessen (from the 1st May until the beginning of September) and entertainment in July and August.
- Or if you wish renting it out…
