GENERAL INFO:
Lettings 2008 – subject to certain models being suppressed.
Balance payable 30 days before arrival, on confirmation of the stay which will have been addressed to you.
No Reminder, any delay in paying this balance shall be deemed a cancellation on the client’s part.
Reservation: 30% of the balance in advance
Reservation costs: €20 (€8 week-end booking)
Tourist tax €0,20 per person over 14 years old from 15/06 to 15/09
Optional insurance: 5.8%

PRICES INCLUDE:
Water, electricity, crockery, refrigerator, gas or electric cooker, garden furniture.
Sheets, linen not supplied.

SUPPLEMENTS:
Sheets small/large beds: €10 the pair, ask when you book
Additional person 1 to 99 years: €12 per day
Breakfast: bar July and August.
Dog: €4 per day (other animals are prohibited)
Supplementary car: €4 per day

LETTING INVENTORIES AND CAUTION MONEY :
Every client is required to check his inventory and letting himself at the moment of his arrival and report any eventual discrepancy.

CAUTION MONEY :
You will be asked for two cautions when you arrive:
One for €200 guaranteeing furniture, crockery and mobile-home or chalet, the second for €100 guaranteeing you clean when you leave. It shall be returned to you when the letting is checked on your departure if the state of the premises is identical to that at your arrival.

IN CASE OF INSUFFICIENT HOUSE-CLEANING :
You shall be asked to remedy it yourself and have the premises checked a second time - otherwise you shall be invoiced for the cleaning time  - the caution shall be returned by the post the following Monday.
In the same way the €200 shall be entirely restored to the client at the departure verification if the premises and materials are returned in conformity with the inventory.
Every breakage, deterioration or loss shall be invoiced and payable on the spot.
Departure inventories take place on Saturday and Sunday between 8 and 10 a.m.
In case of early departure, the caution money shall be posted to you after inspection of the premises.
