Campsite rules
Maintenance of pitche area :
particular care has been taken with the landscaping and individualisation of each pitch and we would be grateful if you would treat it with respect. Please, don’t dig the ground.
Washing :
please hang on clothes airer, hanging washing between trees is forbidden.
Please, don’t waste water, washing cars is forbidden.
Garbage :
should be sorted and placed in the different containers situâtes on the way out of the campsite. Green waste wood, metal or plastic are forbidden.
No collectable waste should be taken to the waste management centre in st pierre.
Traffic :
limited to 10km/h, forbidden from 10pm to 7 am, barriers closed in july ans august. By respect of the other Holiday makers the morning departures before 7 am are forbidden.
Only one car by pitch, caravan, hiving or residential.
Domage :
any person causing degradation to the site premises and installations will be held liable and billed for the damage.
Noise :
Silence from 10pm to 7 am.During the day the radio or sound system must remain discreet in order to not disturb Neighbours.
Arrival ( booking or passage) :
a proof of identité will be asked, a copy will be kept with the billing. Only people whose name is on the booking contract will be accepted. Any changing might be indicate.
Additional persons should be refused or charged according the price list of campsite. A proof of identité will be asked for all arrivals ( booking or passage) Late arrivals not accepted.
Access to automatic barrier-badge :
deposit of 20€ required for pitches, no deposit for rentals ( this is inclued in the damage deposit). Barrier closed form 10pm to 7am.
Minors :
on pitches or rentals, minors no accompagnied by their parents ( or adults), are not accepted for security reasons.
Groups :
accepted excepted july/august with one adults required for four childrens during all the stay and 6 persons maximum per pitch.
Rentals mobil-homes :
they all have washbasin, shower unit, WC, access to the sanitary arrangements of the campsite is forbidden to mobil-homes lodgers. We remind you that an accomodation is provider at renting for a defined number of persons and couldn’t be lived by more persons: see prices rate. Pitches : maximum 6 persones.
No renting :
additionnal blankets, barbecue, babies set, thanks to provide yours.
Visitors :
they must identify the selves at the reception and leave their vehicles off the site for reasons of insurance they may neither make use of the water park nor enter it.
Game’s area :
from 10am to 7pm no watched for childrens from 4 to 14 years accompanied by adults who will watched at them (see display) Childrens are Under watching of parents or adults, example: bicycle ride, escort to WC and for reminder silence from 10.30pm.
Heated pools from may to september :
no supewised, children Under 14 should be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their care. Access is strictly forbidden to those wearing shorts or bermuda shorts, only bathing trucks are permitted for reasons of hygiene (see display).
Pools entrance :
you never have to open to an alone child, even by kindness, in case of accident you would engage your own responsabilité.
Water toboggans :
only one person by trail. Before any slope, you must check that the trail is empty. Slide head before is forbidden. Childrens Under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult who will Watch at them. Access is strictly forbidden to those wearing boxer shorts or bermuda shorts, only bathing tuenks are permitted (see display).
Campsite wristband :
in july and august worn from the Baining the whole stay, this is compulsory for all holidaymakers over 14 in order to gain entry to the campsite and to make use of the various facilities games, pools, toboggans, activities etc… For reasons of security people not wearing a risban will be denied access to the campsite.
Security :
july and august assured by a registered company, a security guard control entrances/exit, installations, respect of this campist rules and banned all kind of noise and is qualified to assure emergencies.
Dogs :
are accepted except for those classed as dangerous. Health records are compulsory. They should be kept on a lead and exercised outside of the campsite. Out of respect for those out for a walk and for local résidents, please make sure that your clean up after your dog.
They are not allowed on the play area and water area.
They must not be left alome on the pitch or in a rental.
Cats, rabbits or other animals are strictly forbidden on the campsite.
Small farm :
don’t feed animals, childrens accompanied and dogs forbidden.
Responsability :
in accordance with current legislation, your stay, whether on a pitch or in a rental, dosent remain the responsabilité of the owners. The aqua 3 masses campsite can’t be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings etc… All campsite résidents are pleased to conform this campsite rules.
All booking :
written, telephone, internet or online, whatever your stay or booking method, entail the application and respect of the present campsite régulations and conditions of sale.
Brochure :
the campsite brochure and website constituates a préliminaire offer as defined by the articles 96 and 97 of the decree of 15 june 1994 it is valid for any stay between april and september.
However the campsite reserves the choice to make changes to facilities offered Under the conditions set out in article 97 of the decree of 15 june 1994.
Moreover, we would remind you that the photos and the plans are not contratual, but are given as an example.
