Booking conditions
The booking form completed must specify all names, first name and date of birth of all participants. It must be send back signed and join with a balance of 30 % of the total cost of your stay + 20 € booking fee. As soon as it’s received, a detailed confirmation will be send to you with practical information ( and an inventory for rentals) as well as the remaining balance to be paid: or arrival for those hiving pitches and 30 days before arrival for all rentals.
For rentals booking made less than a month before arrival, the whole amount should be paid at the moment of booking.
In cases of late payement or default, the booking will be considered null and void. In this case the deposet will not be reimbursed.
Because of different persons at the reception, it should be better to mention all specific request in writing to join at the booking conctract. Booking will be processed in order of arrival, if you want a specific place, please thanks to mention it in writing.
Methods of payment :
Cheque, credit card, cash or travellers cheque ( if you are still waiting for your travellers cheques, please send the balance on the prescribed date by bankers cheque by registered post, inscribed in large characters not to be cashed while waiting for travellers cheques).
Payment on arrival for pitch areas :
only are accepted cash or credit card.
Cancellation insurance :
Booking cancellassions should be done by registered post (Telemessage or e-mails not admited) IMPORTANT: because of unforeseen turn of évents of post mail services, only date of reception (= signature of registered post by the campsite will be retained for the calculation from X to 30 days or from 30 to 1 day ( on no account the postmark will be retained as the cancellassions date.) The subscriber must also send on: attestation of employment, sick leave or documents saving of received care, hospitalisation certificate, death certicate. The subscriber must note date and circonstances knowed or presumed which caused cancellassions.
A - Cancellation insurance :
Cancellation insurance is not inclued in the price, it is optional and comes to 5.80 % of the total amount. It can only be taken up at the moment of Brookings and is payable when signing in.
B - Nature of the guarantee :
Cancellation insurance safeguards deposit paid ( In all cases, administration charges, insurance, and damage deposit « détails in chapter B » will remain the property of the campiste ). It will be called on when the subscriber finds him herself obliged to cancel their Holiday for the following reasons :
1 - In the case serious Illyés with the exclusion of pre-existing illnesses.
- In the case of serious accident
-In the case of death : either of the insured person, his or her spouse or Partner, of their parents or their children.
2 - Substantriol material damage caused by theft, fire or forces of nature, damaging the persondl property of the insured and necessitating his or her presence.
3 - Cancellation for good reason by the travelling companion of the insured, and for persons on the same registration form.
4 - The after-effects, repercussions, complications or worsening of an Illyés or an accident, in each case having arisen between the date of booking and the date of arrival. No grounds relating to a problem know before the date of booking will be cavered.
5 - Complications of prégnance.
6- Loss of employment incurred by the insured.
Time limit in accordance with conditions of cancellassions noted before :
- X to 30 days : Reimbursement of deposit, with deduction of non returnable booking and insurance fees.
- 30 days to 1 day : Booking fees, insurance and a fixed deposit of 50 € no returnable.
C - Cancellation without insurance :
All cancellassions must be made by registered post ( telephone messages and emails are not admissible).
Regardless of the reason for the aforementioned : administration fees will remain the property of the campsite and will not be reimbursed.
Time limit in accordance with conditions of cancellassions noted before :
- X to 30 days : reimbursement of deposit less no-returnable administration fees.
- 30 days to 1 day : the deposit is retained by the campsite.
Late arrival or failure to arrive in case of late arrival :
please inform us in writing. If no information get to us about this subjet, pitch or the rental will be allocate to another custumer as the tomorow 12h. Deposit or balance won’t be reimburse.
In case of late arrival ( implying maintenance of pitch or rental), no deduction or reimbursement of those days.
Early departure :
in the caase of an early departure from a reserved pitch or rental, no reimbursement will be made Wheeler may be the reason for leaving.
Arrival : For all arrivals proof of identité will be required, a copy will be kept with the invoice card.
For arrivals in july and august: between 2pm and 7pm for pitch and between 4pm and 7pm for rentals.
Arrivals in week ends or off season :
from 2pm to 7pm possibilité in the morning.
Please warn us of any anticipated late arrival ( until 8pm maximum in july and august after non accepted)
Obligatory. Resident permit and campsite wristband :
In july and august the risban must be worn by all persons over 14 during the whole stay in order to gain entrance to the campsite and to make use of its facilities.
Everyone not wearing a risban will be refused entry. In the case of loss or destruction you will be given a new risban at a charge of 10 €.
Rentals, conditions and deposit :
there’s no contradictoire inventories for rentals. On your arrival your will be given a detailed inventory. It is up to you to check each item, dishes etc… and to inform reception of any irrégularité. A camp employee will sort out the problem, if this procedure is not followed, no later claims will be accepted. The key of mobil home will be deliver only after check and back of invotory sheet signed in reception.
Deposits :
Two deposits will be asked you when you arrive: cheques or cash ( credit card numbers not accepted)
The first for the amount of 200 € is for the furnishings, crockery and the barrier bade for the mobil-home or chalet.
The second for the amount of 100 € is to cover the cost of cleaning at the end of your stay.
For all those coming from abroad the deposit must be paid in cash ( credit card number not accepted) .
These deposits will be sent back to you by the post the monday after your departure. Please leave your name and address for that.
In case of breakage or deterioration: the bill for replacing the items will be sent to you.
If extra cleaning is required you will receive a bill for the extra time needed for cleaning or resto ring the rental to its previous state. ( 37€ per hour exclu ding tax)
In these 2 cases you will be asked to settle the bill within 15 days. If this is not done the deposit cheque will be cashed by campsite. You will be reimbursed the difference between the deposit and bill amount 30 days later ( this is the lenght of time required for the bank to clear the cheque.)
In case of breakage of dishes or other little equipment: please don’t buy something oddments but point out at reception for an immediate remplacement ( adapted stock)
Departure from rentals :
departure between 8am and 10am on the saturday in july an august. Cleaning should have been done by you. An appointment should be take the evening before at reception to have this checked
Occupation of rentals :
The number of persons should not asceed the sleeping capacity indicated in the brochure. Tents or igloo tents set up on pitches will be submited to permission and will be charged at 4€ per day at booking.
Additional persons from 1 to 99 years ( baby from 1 to 365 days: free) will be charged at 12 €/ day; 50 €/ week; 100 €/ couple of week. Whatever number of people: only one car by pitch ( exterior parking free)
SMOKE IS FORBIDEN INSIDE THE RENTALS.
Pets :
please see campsite rules. Only dogs are accepted except those classed as dangerous. Don’t leave them alone in the rental. In order to protect the rental, please bringbedding for your animal ( cushion, blanket etc….) They are not allowed to sleep on the duvets, sofas or beds. Cats, rabbites or other animals are strictly forbidden.
Taxes and services are applicable since 2008. They don’t have a contractual value and can be modefied without prior notice within thr legal and regylatory limits when changes of tax or var rates are made between the date of booking and the date of payment of the balance.
Brochure : the campsite brochure and website constitutes a preleminary offer as defined by the articles 96 and 97 of the decree of 15 june 1994. It is valid for any stay between april and september 2010. Howerer the campsite reserves the choice to make changes to facilities offered Under the conditions set out in article 97 of the decree of 15 june 1994.
